Terms for using LocalKnack.
These terms explain how customers and service professionals may use LocalKnack.
LocalKnack's role
LocalKnack helps collect and organize garage door, roofing, and related service requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, LocalKnack does not itself perform trade services.
Service professionals
Services are performed by independent service professionals. Estimates, pricing, scheduling acceptance, workmanship, warranties, and on-site service execution are handled by the professional you engage.
Payments
Payment arrangements for service work are discussed directly between the customer and the professional unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
Request submissions
By using the site, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit false, abusive, or misleading requests.
Professional inquiries
Contractor applications and partnership inquiries are reviewed at LocalKnack's discretion and do not guarantee acceptance, request volume, or territory availability.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted, LocalKnack is not liable for losses arising from the conduct, pricing, workmanship, delays, or other acts of independent professionals.
Changes
LocalKnack may update these terms as services and site features change.
